Terms and Conditions

Registration for Homoeocon 2021 means that you automatically  agree to the terms and conditions set out below : 

1. Registration will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment of registration fee. 
2. Registration is for all three days, part registration for one or two days or certain number of lectures is not available.
3. The number of seats for the conference are limited, and registrations will close once the seats are fully booked. 
4. Once paid, the registration fee is not refundable in part or full nor is it transferable.
5. There will be no refund of payment even in the case of a no-show by the delegate for any reason whatsoever. 
6. Only in the unlikely event of the organisers having to cancel the conference, a full refund of the registration fee will be made. 
7. The organisers retain the right to change the itinerary, topics, or speakers for the conference due to unforeseen circumstances. 
8. The lectures and presentations given by the speakers at Homoeocon 2021 cannot be audio/video recorded/redistributed by the delegate.
9. A recording of the conference will be made available for viewing by only the registered delegates for a limited period of time on a private platform. This will be  done as courtesy to those who, for genuine reasons, cannot watch the conference live. 
10. The personal information provided by the delegate at the time of registration will be held by Homoeocon Foundation as a record of attendance and the same will be used by Homoeocon Foundation and its partners/event sponsors to contact the delegate.
11. e-Certificates of attendance will be sent to delegates who are present at the conference.
12. The purpose of this conference is to disseminate the experiences of practicing experts and these are shared in good faith. Adopting any part of these proceedings in practice will be at the sole responsibility of the participants who are are required to exercise their own training, knowledge and understanding of the subject and the patient while doing so.
